In accordance with Article 7-1 of Law No. 18-17 of 6 January 1978 on computers, files and freedoms, a minor from the age of 15 may independently consent to the treatment of his or her personal data.
The personal information you share with us is kept secure to provide you with the best possible service.
The purpose of this personal data protection policy is to inform you about how we process your data.

3. Purpose of the data processing
he collected data on the Lingua Attack platform (website https://www.lingua-attack.com and its mobile App) are used to follow the learning experience of the learners.
No data is used for commercial, advertising or marketing purposes.
4. Legal basis of the processing of data
We use your data only on the basis of your consent regarding the monitoring of your learning experience.
We use your data strictly within the framework of training provided by your educational institution (excluding GAR), your company or a third-party organization with regard to access to a foreign language learning platform.
5. Procedures for processing of personal data
5.1 Access and conservation of personal data
Only the employees of the company Entertainment Learning SAS, your trainer if any and the service providers integrated into the platform and mentioned below have access to your data:

- Language proficiency level
- Learning motivations

5.3 Our exchanges via the contact form
n the Lingua Attack platform there are three contact forms (a contact form for training, a contact form for education and a form accessible after the creation of the account in order to raise a problem with us regarding the use of the platform or suggest an improvement to us.)
The following data are provided on these contact forms:
- for the first two contact forms: your Username, your e-mail address, the Subject, your Message, function, telephone, information on the establishment or the third-party organization
- For the third contact form: your Username, your E-mail address, the Subject, your Message
The data are processed with your consent so that we can answer any questions you may have.
Your personal data are erased as soon as they are no longer essential for the purposes of their collection, or when the circumstances allow us to conclude with certainty that the subject of our exchange has been definitively clarified.
The data collected as part of the contact form is used only on the basis of the training provided by your educational institution (excluding GAR), your company or a third-party organization with regard to access to a foreign language learning platform.
6. Data security
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data, such as setting up physical security and access control procedures.
We require our employees and all third parties working for us on the platform to adhere to strict work practices in the areas of security and information protection, including contractual obligations under which they undertake to maintain confidentiality of data and apply rigorous data transfer measures.
The data collected as part of the Lingua Attack platform are not transferred outside the European Union.
7. Confidentiality
Your personal data is used by Entertainment Learning SAS, trainer if any and service providers specifically described in this policy for the proper performance of the services you have requested and to strengthen and personalize the communication between our services and you.
We do not share your personal information with third parties, except for service providers specifically described in this policy. The communication of the data to our service providers occurs only for the specified purposes, if necessary.
We do not transfer or sell your information. We do not disclose any of your information unless we have your consent, or if it is required by law.
8. Your rights regarding your data processing
In accordance with the regulations on the protection of personal data, persons identified or identifiable by means of the data transmitted by the platform Lingua Attack have the following rights: the right to access, rectify, and erase their data, as well as the right to oppose or request the limitation of the treatment of said data. They also have a right of portability of the data.
To act upon these rights it is sufficient to make the request to the email address indicated in article 1 , by specifying your last name, first name and address and to accompany your request with proof of identity.
In addition, persons identified or identifiable by means of the data transmitted by the Lingua Attack platform have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if they consider that the processing of their personal data constitutes a violation of the regulations on data protection, in accordance with Article 77 of the European Data Protection Regulation. 9. Cookies
The platform requires the use of cookies. By connecting to our platform, you consent to cookies being placed on your device.
hese cookies are used for the proper functioning of the platform, user accounts and for the execution of the services offered. Cookies are small files of letters and numbers downloaded to your device when you access the Lingua Attack platform.
To add accuracy to your information, all the cookies are essential to the use of the platform. If your browser is set to refuse all cookies, you will not be able to take full advantage of Lingua Attack platform services. Cookies placed on the platform may be deposited by the controller or by third parties.
The controller uses two (2) categories of cookies whose purposes are described below:
9.1 MATOMO statistics and measurement cookies
In order to better serve you and to improve the user experience on our platform, we use MATOMO's Internet browsing and measurement analytics cookies.
The information relating to your use of the platform (including your IP address, only at the first login) generated by these cookies is transmitted to a server located in France and stored there.
These cookies have for sole purpose the measurement of page and platform audience, in order to allow an evaluation of the published contents and the ergonomics of the platform.
The use of the deposited cookies is strictly confined to the production of anonymous statistics of attendance. The use of these cookies does not allow the identification of persons. The data collected is therefore not cross-checked with other processing of personal data.
