The general structure, texts, images - whether animated or not - programs, softwares, and all the elements of this platform are the exclusive property of Entertainment Learning SAS and are copyrighted.

Total or partial reproduction of the platform, by any process, without the express authorization of the Entertainment Learning SAS is prohibited and can constitute a punishable infringement.

Trademarks, commercial names and any other distinctive signs displayed on this platform are registered as trademarks, unless otherwise specified. Total or partial reproduction of these trademarks or logos using elements of the platform without the express authorization of the Entertainment Learning SAS is prohibited under Article L713-2 of the Penal Code.

The educational content related to the Chinese and Portuguese languages as well as the career tracks were developed with the support from the Ile-de-France Region.

The information (or data) collected on this platform is logged into a computerized system (or file) by Entertainment Learning SAS in order to facilitate access to languages learning through a specific platform - Lingua Attack - and for evaluation purposes.

These data are provided by users who accept, by creating an account on the platform, voluntarily and expressly these Terms of use and authorize their processing by the company Entertainment Learning SAS.
